Vionnet Institute of Management and Services is a dedicated non-profit organization working towards the socioeconomic upliftment of communities across India, with special focus on the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
Our mission is to educate the youth, empower women, preserve and promote local culture, and ensure access to healthcare for the underserved. Through skill-building programs, cultural initiatives, and awareness drives, we aim to create inclusive growth and long-lasting impact.
About the Founder – Mrs. Anju Gupta
Mrs. Anju is a passionate entrepreneur, business administrator, and the visionary force behind the NGO Vionnet Institute of Management and Services, dedicated to empowering women and youth through skill development and self-employment initiatives. With a background in Home Science, Fine Arts, and a certification in Fashion Designing, she has always been inclined toward learning and imparting creative skills.
Her journey began with a strong desire to be self-reliant and create meaningful opportunities for others. After marriage, inspired by her husband’s encouragement, she envisioned an institute that would cater to the practical skill-building needs of women and youth in diverse fields. This led to the founding of AA Creations & Anju Artisans, a platform offering income-generating and job-oriented training programs.
In addition to managing her venture, AA Creation Unisex Salon and Academy, Mrs. Anju has been actively leading community initiatives through her NGO. Her mission is clear: to nurture confidence, independence, and entrepreneurship among underrepresented groups, especially women, by equipping them with skills that translate into sustainable livelihoods.
